The Psychology and Art Research Unit conducts research and action-research interventions regarding the following topics:

• Psychological relationship between artist-artwork-observer in the creation of the artistic phenomenon.
• The development of the cognitive comprehension of artistic phenomenon in children and adults.
• Expressive and artistic activities in atypical contexts: hospital units, psychiatric workshops...
• Artist's personality and lifestyle.
• Synaesthesia and aesthetic sensibility.
• Children's iconic metaphor recognition.
• Optimal experience (Flow) in expositive contexts (museums, Art galleries…).
• Psychological aspects of living in urban and rural areas.
