This volume was born from the encounter between two professional paths as similar as they are different: on the one hand the forensic and academic experience, on the other the daily operations in a leading leasing company. Notes on financial leasing collects reflections, ideas and observations born over time through the concrete exercise of the legal profession. With a deliberately simple style and a direct approach, the authors intend to offer the reader a concise - and admittedly not exhaustive - picture of some of the most discussed issues relating to financial leasing. A notebook of notes, rather than a treatise, designed to provide a practical and critical look at the interpretative evolution of some of the most complex aspects, but which - precisely for this reason - would like to allow operators of the composite "leasing world" to better deal with some of the various issues with which they are confronted on a daily basis.
