Abstract: PROPHET – a PeRsOnalised Prevention roadmap for the future HEalThcare" will develop a Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) on personalized prevention, with the aim of supporting the implementation of innovative, sustainable and effective programs to prevent the most common chronic diseases. Technological and biomedical advances (including omics data and digital tools) make it possible to stratify risk at the individual level. PROPHET will focus on stakeholder engagement and the process of co-creating the SRIA.

The consortium is composed of 18 beneficiaries and 2 affiliated entities in 12 EU countries, as well as numerous stakeholders already involved from different target groups.

The overall objective of PROPHET is to co-create with stakeholders a Roadmap for Personalized Prevention for the future of healthcare, in order to support the definition and implementation of innovative, sustainable and high-quality personalized strategies, effective in the prevention of chronic diseases.
