Abstract: Health and care systems across Europe are facing crucial challenges related to, among others, digitalisation, inclusiveness and accessibility, and which need harmonised and coordinated solutions to be addressed. The EU-funded THCS project will bring together stakeholders and create synergies by coordinating research and innovation actions. The project will facilitate the digitalisation of health and care services, support the transformation of health and care systems and generate new scientific knowledge and evidence. By co-designing new solutions and supporting their transfer and scaling up across countries and regions, as well as by fostering capacity building, the project will contribute to the transition to more sustainable, innovative and high-quality health and care systems that are people-centred and accessible to all.
